Back to work after annual leave
Being a researcher and a mother, sometimes requires quality time with the children. This year, I decided to use my annual leave for a trip to Zanzibar and Dar es Salaam with my children through Caracal Tours & Safaris. But after the holiday, I was swamped in meetings, visits and student business immediately. In this VLOG, a compilation of the first two weeks after the holiday in which we had an annual meeting for the East African Consortium of Clinical Research (EACCR), we were visited by my trainee fellow from Malawi who is doing his PhD research and in which one of our MSc students, Lyidia Masika, successfully defended her thesis.
